Sr Manager, Technical Operations - Clinical Trial Capabilities

This senior manager role leads Vault Clinical implementation workstreams and oversees day-to-day business operations for the clinical trial capabilities platform. The position requires managing change control, data governance, SharePoint administration, and end-user support while collaborating across clinical operations teams in Foster City, California.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams for Gilead Vault Clinical implementation in collaboration with leadership
• Execute day-to-day operational activities and provide system support for Veeva Vault Clinical
• Maintain Vault Clinical SharePoint site and business operations user manual documentation
• Conduct end-user testing and facilitate office hours, preparing FAQs for operational changes
• Participate in problem-solving workshops and contribute to change management activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with eight years of experience, or Master's degree with six years, or Ph.D.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong technical ability with SharePoint and SharePoint Online
• Experience with change control, configuration management, and data governance activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional initiatives

Compensation: $169,320-$219,120 base
