members and daily program operationsEnsure staff understand and perform responsibilities consistent with organizational expectations and standardsMonitor, observe, and evaluate staff performance to promote quality service delivery and positive client experiencesSupport staff development through mentoring, coaching, training, and ongoing feedbackFoster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes open communication and team engagementDevelop and maintain internal and external partnerships that support organizational and client needsAssist with financial planning, operational oversight, and resource management activitiesParticipate in direct crisis intervention and problem resolution during business hours as neededReview and monitor documentation to ensure compliance with agency, accreditation, and program standardsSupport implementation and oversight of program requirements and strategic goalsPromote effective communication across teams and departments regarding operational updates and organizational initiativesAssist with change management initiatives and support implementation of process improvementsCollaborate with Human Resources and leadership regarding employee relations and performance management mattersEncourage teamwork and employee involvement in achieving department and organizational objectivesPerform additional duties as assigned by leadershipEducation and/or Experience Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field requiredPrevious leadership, supervisory, or program coordination experience preferredExperience working within behavioral health, community services, healthcare, or related fields preferredStrong understanding of team development, operational processes, and service delivery standards preferredRequired License/Certification:Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance requiredAdditional Qualifications:Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing job thereafterCurrent driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance requiredPhysical Requirements:ADA Consideration – Sedentary Work:Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and
