Property Manager (Commercial)

Join our growing Industrial Property Management team in Walnut Creek, CA as a Property Manager responsible for direct management oversight of assigned industrial properties, maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Key Responsibilities Provide direct property management oversight for assigned industrial properties Maximize NOI and asset value for clients Manage property operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations Support the leasing team and marketing activities Handle accounts payable collections and annual budgeting Conduct risk management and financial reporting Prepare budgets, financial reports, CAM reconciliations, and related reports Manage tenant improvement (TI) and capital improvement projects Lead and develop staff and promote a collaborative and inclusive environment Use technology and data analytics to drive operational improvements Maintain client relationships and ensure high satisfaction What You’ll Be Doing Provide an experiential approach that guides a differentiated property management experience Support exponential growth by delivering people integration and synergy Develop staff for bigger and better roles with strategic and collaborative solutions Apply new technology and data to drive change and manage industry-changing properties Maintain an energized and collaborative environment and contribute to cultural initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience, including recent experience in office, retail, industrial, or healthcare properties Third‑party commercial management experience preferred Strong client‑facing skills: excellent communication, active listening, problem‑solving, and relationship management Proven financial acumen with experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and related financial reports Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration California real‑estate license required within 6 months of hire Experience using a property‑management accounting platform such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI Tech‑savvy with ability to apply technology tools for operational efficiency Track record of results and ability to manage time in a fast‑paced environment Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary range: $115,000 – $130,000 per year.
