If you are looking forward to becoming a part of a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!Some of your Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities include:Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residentsMedication requisitions with pharmacy and physiciansMedication administrationFollowing infection control, emergency, and other center policiesCollaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomesIdentifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policyRegistered Nurse (RN) QUALIFICATIONS:Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the StateCPR Certification requiredOne Year prior nursing experience preferred
