CDL-A OTR Recovery Truck Driver - 3 Months Experience Looking for an experienced CDL‑A driver to provide on‑road recovery of tractor‑trailers across the 48 lower states. Drivers will spend 3‑4 weeks on duty followed by 3‑4 days at home. Responsibilities Recover and transport equipment (tractors – trailers) across the contiguous United States. Drive 1,835 miles per week on average. Manage downtime due to breakdowns, load delays, or other issues. Team up 5‑10% of the time to reach service shops or drop‑off points. Fly frequently and travel in rental vehicles as required; reimburse fuel. Use a cell phone to take pictures of trucks and email them to the Fleet Manager. Driver Requirements Valid Class A CDL. At least 3 months of recent Class A CDL driving experience. 21 years of age or older. Strong communication and documentation skills. Willingness to obtain a rental car and to fly when needed.
