What you’ll Be Doing Director, Strategic Business Operations to partner closely with executive leadership in driving company‑wide performance, operational rigor, and data‑driven decision making. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and analytics. The ideal candidate is an exceptional problem solver who can synthesize complex datasets into clear insights, influence cross‑functional leaders, and translate operating metrics into executive‑ and board‑ready narratives. It is a hands‑on, high‑impact leadership position for someone who thrives in ambiguity, asks the right questions, and uses data to drive action. Location : Onsite in Pleasanton, CA, Monday through Friday.
