Key Qualifications:

• Active, valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license required
• Previous school nursing experience strongly preferred
• Confidence and capability to ride the bus with students as needed
• Compassion, excellent communication, and strong assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with education staff

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and assessment to students during the school day
• Administer medications, provide first aid, and manage individualized health plans
• Accompany students on the bus, ensuring medical safety and support during transport to and from school
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in line with school policies and standards
• Serve as a resource and advocate for student health, supporting wellness and learning

Position Details:

• Work schedule: 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday)
• 21 hours per week, following a set part-time schedule
• Weekly pay structure for consistent compensation
