Rapides Regional Medical Center is hiring New Grad Registered Nurses for our RN Residency Program in Alexandria, LA. In this structured program, you will transition from student to professional nurse through classroom learning, simulation, and precepted clinical practice. Residents deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patients and families.
