Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) $105,000–$120,000 per year Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Far Rockaway is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join a warm, family-like team known for strong clinical outcomes and a modern, clean environment. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) partners closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations in a large, busy building offering short-term rehab and long-term care. This Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role is a true step-up opportunity: we welcome experienced ADONs as well as Unit Managers and Nursing Supervisors ready for the next level. Prior nursing home experience is required.
