About the Role


We are seeking a Mammography Technologist for a 13-week rapid response contract opportunity in Craig, Colorado. This role supports women's health imaging services and requires strong mammography knowledge, patient education, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and accurate radiology documentation.


Responsibilities
• Perform mammography imaging exams according to imaging department and radiologist protocols
• Verify exam orders, patient identity, medical history, consent forms, and prior studies
• Provide patient education, proper positioning, comfort, and quality patient care
• Maintain FDA, accreditation, QA, preventative maintenance, and radiation safety standards
• Support accurate patient records, audit reporting, supply inventory, and imaging workflow


Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program required
• ARRT(R) And ARRT(M) Certifications Required
• BLS/BCLS Certification Required Or Must Be Obtained Within Facility Timeframe
• Mammography, breast imaging, PACS, RIS/HIS, CT, MRI, or DEXA experience preferred
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work day shift with minimal supervision
