Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry Float

36 Hours | Day Shift

Take your next travel assignment with a busy Med/Surg Telemetry Float Team caring for adult acute care patients. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Telemetry RNs seeking competitive pay and consistent scheduling.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care for adult Med/Surg and Telemetry patients.
Float between Med/Surg and Telemetry units based on staffing needs.
Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition.
Perform patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Deliver safe, patient-centered care throughout each shift.

Must Have

Active New Jersey RN License (or Compact License if applicable)
Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience
Current BLS
Current ACLS
Recent acute care hospital experience

Nice to Have

Previous Travel Nursing experience
Float Pool experience
BSN
