This is a career, not just a job. Our pipeline is full, the ceiling is uncapped, and we need a closer who can keep up.
We're not looking for order takers. We're looking for closers who want to be part of a growing company — reps who can communicate with homeowners, build trust fast, handle objections, and ask for the business without flinching.
If you've sold roofing, solar, windows, HVAC, or any high-ticket in-home service and you know how to close, keep reading. If you need "more leads," "better weather," or "lower prices" to perform, this isn't your seat.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Run company-provided appointments and inspect roofs on-site
• Build estimates and sell roof replacements, repairs, and cleanings
• Present options and close
• Own your follow-up and pipeline — no good lead dies on your watch
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven in-home or high-ticket sales experience (roofing, solar, windows, HVAC, remodeling, or similar)
• Confident and competitive, but closes on trust — not pressure
• Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
• Handles rejection without losing momentum
• Comfortable on a ladder, valid driver's license, reliable transportation
