Store Manager

Overview Our client is seeking a Store Manager to lead the launch of its first retail location at Aventura Mall in Aventura, Florida. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a strong seller‑manager who can drive results on the floor while establishing store routines, team standards, and a high‑touch client experience from day one. The opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to help build a growing multi‑brand eyewear concept, with clear potential to grow alongside future expansion in the Miami market.. Responsibilities Lead the opening and day‑to‑day management of the Aventura location, ensuring operational readiness ahead of launch and strong execution once the store is open. Serve as the lead seller on the floor, delivering a polished, service‑driven client experience and consistently driving sales performance. Recruit, hire, train, and develop a small store team, including key holders and sales associates. Set the tone for store culture, accountability, and client engagement in partnership with the broader team. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, opening and closing procedures, inventory handling, cash management, and store standards. Partner closely with leadership to identify opportunities, solve problems quickly, and help shape retail processes as the company builds its store fleet. Use product knowledge and client insight to support merchandising execution and local selling strategies. Monitor business performance and take ownership of store results, with a focus on productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and repeat business. Maintain a clean, organized, visually compelling environment that reflects the aesthetic and service standards of this growing company. Act as a trusted on‑site leader who can make sound decisions independently and operate effectively in a startup environment with evolving structure. Requirements Prior experience as a Store Manager or comparable retail leader in fashion, accessories, eyewear, jewelry, beauty, or another service‑driven specialty retail environment. Strong selling ability with a proven track record of personally driving revenue and leading from the floor. Experience managing a small team while balancing sales leadership with operational responsibility. Comfort working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where processes are still being built and priorities can shift quickly. Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members while maintaining high standards for service and execution. Strong business judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Confidence making decisions independently and communicating effectively with leadership from a remote headquarters team. Client‑focused mindset with the ability to build relationships and create loyalty in a high‑traffic luxury retail setting. Interest in growth potential within the Miami market as the retail footprint expands.
