Regional Business Manager – Southeast Territory (HVAC/Mechanical) Field-Based | Atlanta Area| Outside Sales | Base + Commission Summit Refrigerants is looking for an experienced sales and business development professional with deep knowledge of the HVAC market and refrigerants to lead growth across the Southeast. This is more than a territory sales role. The Regional Business Manager will serve as Summit's sales leadership ambassador throughout the region, building relationships, solving customer challenges, developing new opportunities, and delivering the exceptional service Summit is known for. Your Role: Spend most of your time in the field meeting with contractors, service technicians, and prospects Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on long-term customer relationships Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic new business Learn each customer's business, challenges, and goals Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and quotations through implementation and ongoing account support Respond quickly, communicate clearly, and take ownership of customer needs while coordinating closely with Summit's operations, customer service, reclamation, and leadership teams Represent Summit at industry events, trade shows, distributor meetings, and customer functions Provide market intelligence, competitive feedback, and disciplined sales forecasting while serving as the visible standard for Summit's customer-first sales culture What You Bring to the Role: Five-plus years of successful outside sales and business development experience Proven experience selling into and servicing the HVAC industry A strong record of developing territories and winning new business The ability to uncover customer needs and translate them into measurable business solutions Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills An entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to manage a large territory independently while staying closely connected to a broader team Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the Southeast region High personal standards for integrity, accountability, urgency, and professionalism Summit Refrigerants is a U.S.-based refrigerant supplier and EPA-certified reclaimer.
