The Pricing Analyst reports to the Pricing Manager and plays a key role in advancing data-driven pricing decisions that support profitable growth across the business division. This role partners with the General Manager, Sales, Product Management, Customer Analytics, and Finance to evaluate pricing opportunities, assess special price deviation proposals, and translate pricing insights into actionable recommendations. The position is responsible for developing analytical reporting, identifying pricing trends, and supporting pricing strategy execution that improves commercial decision-making and business unit performance. Primary Responsibilities: Partner with General Managers, Sales, Product Management, Customer Analytics, and Finance to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market conditions. Evaluate special price deviation proposals using business unit strategy, margin impact, customer context, and competitive positioning. Develop and maintain pricing models that incorporate cost structures, market demand, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics. Analyze historical pricing, sales, and margin data to identify opportunities for pricing optimization, promotional effectiveness, and elasticity insights. Monitor pricing performance and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve profitability, competitiveness, and execution consistency. Deliver regular reporting and presentations that communicate key pricing trends, performance metrics, risks, and recommended actions. Support the development of pricing guidelines, governance, policies, and procedures to drive consistent execution across the organization. Coordinate pricing change execution with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and aligned implementation. Support pricing technology adoption and system enhancements through requirements input, testing, validation, and process improvement. Stay current on pricing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to strengthen pricing capabilities and decision-making. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3 plus years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, market research, or data-driven business analysis. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization and analytics tools preferred. Experience with pricing software, including Pricefx, is a plus. Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate margin impact, customer dynamics, competitive positioning, and commercial trade-offs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain pricing concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build effective business relationships, and manage multiple priorities with competing timelines. Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-80,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
