Foundry Laborer

Francis Manufacturing Company is seeking entry level foundry laborers for first shift. Hours for this position are 6:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. New hires begin in the shake-out position. Shake-out associates are molder helpers in the Foundry department and work closely with the molder to assist them with creating a structurally sound sand mold.
