Business Execution Consultant - Merchant Services Support Role

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Merchant Services Support Role to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant - Merchant Services Support Role, you will be part of the Merchant Services department supporting the support team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Concord, California

Pay Range: $41

What's the Job?

• Review incoming requests from a shared queue to ensure timely processing
• Log requests and track progress to maintain accurate records
• Provide status updates as tasks move through completion stages
• Complete registration clean-up activities and handle additional registration requests
• Manage terminations related to customer offboarding processes

What's Needed?

• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet SLAs
• Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and other basic Microsoft applications
• Excellent written communication skills with clear documentation
• Experience with payment networks or merchant services is preferred
