Join early as our Staff Product Manager to own a major product area, set multi-quarter direction in ambiguous space, define the strategy and bets that transform accounting workflows into a predictable, low-friction, self-service experience powered by AI-native tooling, and raise the bar for how product is done across the team. This is a high-ownership, high-leverage role for someone who wants real scope and is energized by turning hard accounting problems into products people trust. Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center Responsibilities Set the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area and create the clarity that other PMs and teams execute against Drive ambiguous, high-impact bets from first principles, from problem framing through launch and iteration Define the metrics and customer signals that demonstrate outcomes, and hold the area accountable to measurable business results (e.g., retention, activation, expansion) Act as the voice of the customer in company-level strategic decisions, and translate complex accounting workflows into clear, simple requirements Partner closely with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs that span multiple teams Own product reliability, accuracy, and usability as first-class outcomes across your area Set the standard for product craft, mentor other PMs, and influence peers across eng, design, and GTM leadership Partner with product marketing, GTM, and sales in both directions, feeding insights back into the roadmap and shaping major launches Improve the internal processes, tooling, and operating model that help the whole team ship fast What sets you up for success Hardcore work ethic and high agency 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS A track record of owning a product area or line and driving measurable business outcomes, not just shipping features High agency and strong ownership: you set direction in ambiguity and drive it without waiting to be told Deep experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered or agentic features to production and reasoning about evals, failure modes, and trade-offs A clear, direct communicator who creates alignment across multiple teams and senior stakeholders Excited to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team Nice to have Hands-on building with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI) and daily use of AI coding/assistant tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor) Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain experience An MBA and/or experience working with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Revenue) Technical background (CS, engineering) Why you’ll thrive here Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry Your feedback shapes the product directly High-speed culture High-trust environment with high expectations Ambitious mission - ERP is one of the largest B2B software markets in the world ($220bn per year), this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to build the next generation ERP in an industry that has not seen new entrants in 30+ years Compensation & Benefits Equity: $65,000 - $85,000 Base salary: $185,000 - $250,000 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays Full medical, dental & vision insurance Commuter benefits 401k benefits On-site team culture - high collaboration, no bureaucracy We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career — an archaic and huge industry like ERP only goes through a restructure like this once in a lifetime.
