Senior Principal Technical Program Manager

Leading one of the most strategic transformation programs, the full-time Senior Principal Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional technical initiatives for the Connected Tax Platform Experience, translating business strategy into execution plans while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs across Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX, Data, Governance, and Operations Translate business strategy and product vision into structured execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes Drive alignment across multiple products and platforms to achieve shared business and customer objectives Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software organizations Proven success in managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple products and executive stakeholders Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to connect strategy, technical execution, and business impact Experience partnering with Engineering and Architecture leaders to evaluate technical tradeoffs and dependencies Executive-level communication skills with the ability to create trusted narratives and outcome-based reporting
