Summary: Bridge Defense seeks highly qualified All‑Source Analysts to support a rotating‑shift analyst role at Joint Base Anacostia‑Bolling supporting intelligence collection, analysis, and product development to ICD 203 standards. Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly and experience authoring DoD product lines for senior policymakers. The schedule follows a 5‑week rotation cycling through days, swings, and nights, with one admin/recovery week and one on‑call week built in. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to provide actionable intelligence assessments Experience with strategic all‑source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings Synthesize data to support decision‑making and identifying emerging threats or trends Ability to support a rotating shift schedule Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Experience with INDOPACOM and/or CENTCOM AOR Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment Experience authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards Ability to develop high‑quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all‑source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Additional Qualifications / Nice to have: Experience working in a Joint Staff environment General Factors: Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40‑hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it. Willing to travel, if needed. No Relocation . Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long‑periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
