The successful candidate will convert a high volume of prequalified leads into sales, build stronger customer relationships, provide technical information and product explanations, prepare quotations, and closes sales. As a member of the sales team, this role collaborates with multiple departments in Reno as well as across the global Lincoln Electric organization to support direct customers and distributor partners with a high level of service and expertise. Responsibilities Convert a high volume of inbound digital and phone leads (advertising, email, catalog, internet, trade shows) into customers Respond to all inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups in a timely and accurate manner, resolving issues as needed Utilize Salesforce.com to log activities, track opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline effectively Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, goals, and objectives Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including through digital and social engagement Prioritize multiple tasks while remaining responsive and available for inbound communication Perform general duties as assigned and assist in other areas as workload requires Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or 5+ years of equivalent experience Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience Required Skills Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, integrity, organization, and sound judgment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Skills Bachelor’s Degree Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred Technical or industrial sales experience Pay range and compensation package Employment Status: Hourly Full-Time Pay Range: ($20.00 - $26.00) Target Bonus: Sales Incentive Plan Equal Opportunity Statement Lincoln Electric is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lincoln Electric Automation
