Clinical Research Associate - Ohio Region

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Clinical Research Associate to oversee clinical trial site quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance across the Ohio region. The role involves conducting site visits, monitoring protocol adherence, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits ensuring protocol and regulatory adherence
• Verify clinical trial data in electronic and paper records for completeness, accuracy, and accessibility
• Monitor site compliance with ICH GCP principles and local regulations; provide training and support as needed
• Cultivate relationships with internal teams and external partners including clinical sites and vendors
• Prepare written monitoring and administrative reports in timely, accurate, and professional manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences or equivalent field
• 2-3 years of relevant clinical research experience working independently
• Valid driver's license as locally required
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
• Pharma or biotech sponsor employment or clinical study coordinator experience preferred
• Proficiency with technology for analyzing complex data sets and identifying trends
• Strong organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills
