1-800 Radiator & A/C (a Driven Brands company) is seeking an FSR professional to visit customers in person, promote our products and drive revenue growth for our location in Romulus, MI. The right candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. This professional is self-driven, highly effective, and results-oriented. Base plus monthly bonus and car allowance (yes, you will drive your own car to customer visits--reliable vehicle a must).

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior sales and customer service experience (automotive parts experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM applications for iPad
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Goal oriented and able to work independently
• Clean driving record and auto insurance are required and must be maintained during employment

Primary Responsibilities:

• In-person visits to customers within the territory including the following requirements:
• • Make a MINIMUM of 20 sales visits per day (exceeding this number regularly is expected) with an average of 7-8 field hours per day
  • Enter a minimum of 1 customer quote per day
  • Create a minimum of 3 Escalations per week to Sales Manager
• Generate revenue and growth in accordance to sales plan
• Promote our brand and visibility
• Communicate important customer relationship issues to the Operations Manager
• Establish long-term relationships with the customers
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention

Experience & Skills:

• Multi-lingual is a plus
• Business training and/or education a plus
