Required Education Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program either by a governmental authority, nursing board and Experience 1 year of RN experience. Anticipates patients’ and families’ needs and utilizes these in planning and prioritizing care. Identifies and implements interventions, documents them accurately, and coordinates interdisciplinary care. Prioritizes interventions, identifies changes in condition, reports and follows up appropriately. Evalues interventions, modifies care, and documents changes promptly. Adheres to hospital and department policies, clinical pathways, and national standards, integrating ANA standards and the Professional Practice Model “Relationship Based Care.” Provides timely education to patients, families, and caregivers, documenting all education and assessing understanding. Welcomes and orients patients and families, encourages participation, reviews care plans each shift, updates white boards, and explains dietary, procedural, and medication information clearly. Conducts hourly rounds and communicates scheduled return times. High‑level functions: direct patient care, interaction with research participants, maintaining patient records, and managing research records. Performs other duties as assigned.
