Hours/Week: 36-40

Licenses/Certs: Michigan RN License; BLS, ACLS (per facility requirements)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience, critical care proficiency

Hourly Rate: $64.32/hr

Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients during night shifts

Monitor patient vital signs, respond to emergencies, and adjust care plans accordingly

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient treatment and recovery plans

Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records

Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures

Maintain compliance with hospital policies and ICU protocols

Active Michigan RN license

Minimum 2 years ICU or critical care experience

BLS and ACLS certifications (or as required)

Strong clinical judgment, teamwork skills, and attention to detail

Ability to work night shift and adapt to a fast-paced environment
