Imagine your first week

You’re handed a set of schematics for a combined HVAC and fire sprinkler upgrade. You verify weld parameters, prep the materials with pipe threading equipment, and confirm dimensions with calipers. You bend tube to spec, fabricate the sections, and complete precise welds—meeting ASME codes and standards every step of the way. When it’s time to lift, you rig the assembly safely and guide it into position. You wrap up by logging inspection results and compliance notes, ensuring a clean, traceable record.

What you’ll do

Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and related specialty welds in line with project specs and safety protocols.
Translate blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings into accurate assemblies and repairs for piping, structural components, and HVAC systems.
Prep and verify materials using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and pipe threading equipment.
Carry out fire sprinkler fitting, pipe bending, tube fabrication, and plumbing tasks to ASME codes and standards.
Coordinate and execute safe rigging operations to lift and position heavy materials on construction or manufacturing sites.
Maintain organized documentation, including inspection reports and compliance records.

Seasoned welder with proven experience in construction or manufacturing; confident with MIG and FCAW techniques.
Comfortable reading and applying blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
Mechanical know-how across pipe threading, tube bending, assembly workflows, and safe use of hand/power tools.
Job-site and industrial safety mindset; you follow protocols without fail.
Reliable basic math skills for precise measurements and estimating materials.
Solid understanding of rigging practices and the precise use of calipers and other measuring instruments.
