Job DescriptionAre you a highly skilled technician ready to take the next step in your career? EchoPark Centennial is looking for a Lead Technician/Shop Foreman to help drive our growing Recon operation to the next level! This isn't just another technician position—this is an opportunity to lead, mentor, and make a real impact on a high-performing team.

- Start each day by organizing and setting up the team for success
- Assign work and keep the shop running efficiently
- Help develop and mentor technicians
- Maintain a positive, high-energy culture
- Diagnose and repair vehicles alongside your team when needed

What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic background
- Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
- ReconPro and CDK experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
- Someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in and turn wrenches

- Salary of $60K to $70K+ based on experience
- Our technicians are paid salary with bonus potential - not flat rate, pay is guaranteed,
