Program Assistant

This role is remote, but will be onsite for the first 2-3 weeks for training. After that period, the role will be fully remote but may require occasional onsite training. Candidates from out of state are welcome, but preference is given to those in California.

Working hours are 7-4 PM PST, with flexibility.

Position: Program Assistant supporting the Energy Savings Assistance Program.

Main responsibilities include quality control for incoming invoices, working with a third-party vendor operating in California, performing intakes, verifying and validating data, ensuring numbers match, and applying the correct measures.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Program Assistant, Project Coordinator, or in Program Support with a focus on invoicing.
• Must be a self-starter, flexible, adaptable, and a fast learner.
• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is not necessary.

Technology Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP.

Preferred Background

• No backgrounds in healthcare or construction.
• Preference for candidates who have worked in large corporations or companies with knowledge of corporate team structure
