IT Support technician - Japanese bilingual

We’re seeking a hands‑on IT professional who enjoys working across servers, networks, virtualization, and Microsoft cloud services—and can support customers confidently in both Japanese and English. Business-level Japanese is required for this position. What You’ll Do Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise networks and Windows Server environments. Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, virtualization platforms, and related infrastructure. Support Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 environments. Provide remote and on‑site technical support to enterprise customers in Japanese and English. Help deliver infrastructure migrations, upgrades, deployments, and implementation projects. Monitor systems for availability, performance, reliability, and security. Document network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and support processes. Coordinate with customers, vendors, cloud providers, and other IT teams to resolve issues and complete projects. Participate in an on‑call rotation and provide occasional after‑hours or weekend support for maintenance or critical incidents. What You Bring Business‑level Japanese communication skills. At least 3 years of systems engineering experience and 3 years of hands‑on Azure experience . Experience supporting Windows Server and hybrid on‑premises and Microsoft cloud environments. Experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management tools. Knowledge of enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions. PowerShell scripting skills. Experience supporting multi‑site networks using Cisco, Meraki, FortiGate, or comparable technologies. Familiarity with SD‑WAN, wireless networks, site‑to‑site VPNs, and remote‑access VPNs. Ability to commute to Torrance for the hybrid schedule, or relocate before starting.
