Job Description
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Greet guests and ensure a professional front-office experience. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Manage visitor registration, building access, and meeting room coordination. Coordinate mail, courier services, and incoming deliveries. Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a professional appearance. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office events. Order and manage office supplies and refreshments. Support office operations projects and provide administrative assistance as required. Assist with ad hoc duties to support the smooth operation of the office.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have: Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable interacting with senior executives, employees, and external visitors. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented. Bachelor's degree not required.
What's on Offer
Competitive salary ranging from $55,000-$60,000. Monday-Friday schedule (9:00 AM-6:00 PM). Opportunity to work within a growing international organization. Professional and collaborative office environment. Exposure to financial services and fintech operations.
