Operations Associate

Improve Operational KPIs & provide bandwidth wherever necessary to support the companies growth in order bookings.

• Improve our 7 Key Operational KPIs: OTR >98% , OTD % >98%, UC Inventory <2%, Current Inventory % > 70%, RMA <0.45%, Freight Cost <4%.
• Cover Fulfillment (warehouse + office) overflow & team OOO.
• Resolve all Customer Service requests in accordance with our “Service the Customer at the Highest Level Possible” Operating Principle.
• By achieving the above, downstream we should see an improving quote win rate via the inside sales team >20%. 

• Inside Sales & Operations
• Maintain high levels of customer service through product knowledge, issue resolution, and proactive communication.
• Uphold and maintain quality standards set forth by QMS.
• Accurately and efficiently process order entries and place corresponding purchase orders in order to meet demands and forecasts. 
• Diagnose, Troubleshoot & resolve operational issues at their root.
• Proactively organize warehouse labor usage.
• Sourcing 
• Turn competitive quotations around in a timely manner by utilizing or growing our vendor base. 
• Must be able to quote a wide range of products and services, and when gaps appear in our supply chain it is critical to either bring to the attention of management or to proactively fill the gap with a new qualified supplier. 
• Sell down aging inventory whenever possible.
• Sales Support
• Collaborate with management to support key accounts and new business.
• Admin Support
• Support the team by completing administrative tasks such as forms, reporting, or similar tasks
• Support the team by performing warehouse duties if needed.
