• Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time without penalty; on-call hours do not count toward guaranteed hours

What You'll Do:

• Perform sterilization, decontamination, and assembly of surgical instruments and trays
• Reprocess scopes and probes, including flexible endoscopes
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes
• Ensure high-level disinfection of surgical equipment
• Support various surgical specialties including neuro, ortho, plastics, and others
• Comply with safety and infection control standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment

What You Need:

• Minnesota licensure or pending license accepted
• CBSPD or HSPA certification required
• Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience
• Knowledge of instrument reprocessing for various specialties, including endoscopes
• Ability to work independently and follow strict protocols
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
