Assignments are based on individual experience, skill sets, and credentials to ensure the best fit and highest standard of care.What We're Looking For:Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingRegistered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practicesBLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart AssociationTwo years of hospital bedside care experience preferredWhat You'll Do:As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.About This Location:Atrium Health Navicent- The Medical Center is a nationally recognized academic medical center, nationally-verified Level 1 Trauma Center, Magnet ® hospital for nursing, and serves a service area of 30 counties and a population of nearly 750,000 persons.
