New Patient Appointment Setter

LifeWorks Wellness Center is seeking a friendly, driven, and highly organized New Patient Call Appointment Setter to serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients. In this role, you'll reach out to warm leads who have already expressed interest in learning more about LifeWorks Wellness Center, build rapport, and connect qualified prospects with a New Patient Scheduler for a more in-depth conversation.

This is a phone-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives on hitting goals, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, patient-centered team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads through outbound phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Build rapport and create a positive first impression of the clinic
• Conduct a brief qualification screening using established guidelines
• Identify whether the prospect meets the basic criteria for moving forward
• Transfer qualified callers directly to an available New Patient Scheduler whenever possible
• Schedule a callback appointment with a New Patient Scheduler when an immediate transfer is not available
• Accurately document all conversations and outcomes in the CRM
• Follow established scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational approach
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment-setting goals
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified prospects

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, appointment setting, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM software preferred
• Ability to follow scripts while adapting to each conversation

Language Skills

Physical Demands of Position:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to:

• Sit, type, and speak on the phone for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Climb stairs and move between buildings on campus
• Work in a shared office environment

Compensation: $20-$21 per hour
Hours:
• Full-time, minimum of 37.5 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
