Job Description

Shift Information – 1st Shift – 9:30am - 6:00pm

• Overtime may be required for shift coverage or operational needs

Key Responsibilities

• Entering Orders into MMS
• Receiving Orders
• Picking Orders
• Auditing Orders
• Loading & Unloading Trucks

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Frequent use of computers, scanners, phones, and radios

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in logistics administration, or transportation preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, shipping systems, and general office software
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Personality Traits

• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Customer-service mindset

Additional Information

Pay/Benefits/Perks

• $18.20
• Accrue up to five days PTO in first year
• Two weeks vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary
