World Stone Group is a leading manufacturer and installer of premium natural stone, quartz, and mineral surface countertops. We are looking for a professional, charismatic, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team.

Primary Role

In this role, you will be the face and voice of our showroom and a key point of contact for our existing account customers throughout their projects. You will provide exceptional customer care while supporting the administrative and coordination needs of each project from selection through completion.

The Customer Service Specialist will work closely with customers and internal departments to confirm project schedules, coordinate appointments, communicate timelines, follow up on outstanding details, and ensure customers are kept informed throughout the process.

This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and administrative skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a pleasant, professional, and friendly approach to customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Administrative Coordination

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing responsive and professional service throughout their projects.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries, providing accurate information and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate and confirm customer appointments, measurements, deliveries, and installations.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records, schedules, notes, and communications in company software.
• Address customer questions and concerns, coordinating timely resolutions with the appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience from project start through completion.
• Assist with data entry, filing, reporting, scheduling, and other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Product & Showroom Support

• Welcome and engage with customers in the showroom to understand their vision, helping them explore products and bring their design ideas to life.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding available product inventory and project timelines.
• Stay informed about current products, materials, and home design trends.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Previous customer service, administrative, project coordination, or office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office applications, and customer/project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and customer requests simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Professional, dependable, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• An interest in interior design, home renovation, and current design trends is a plus.
• Experience in construction, home renovation, cabinetry, countertops, or a related industry is an asset but not required.
