Insurance Sales Representative (Start Immediately) — Yolanda Santana Harris & Brian Harris State Farm (Federal Way & Auburn, WA)

Yolanda Santana Harris & Brian Harris State Farm is offering an opportunity for a coachable Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you’re ready to start immediately, build your sales skills, and grow long-term in insurance with hands-on training and mentorship, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and generate qualified leads through phone, email, referrals, and networking
• Recommend and sell auto, home, life, and health insurance based on customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service to build trust, retention, and referrals
• Participate in training and coaching to build product knowledge quickly
• Meet or exceed sales goals with professionalism and integrity
• Stay organized and maintain strong follow-up with leads and customers

What We’re Looking For

• You enjoy sales and building relationships
• Persistent, resilient, and coachable
• Strong communication skills and a consultative, customer-first mindset
• Organized with excellent follow-up
• WA licensing required prior to hire:
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health
• Spanish-speaking ability is a huge plus
• Insurance industry experience is a huge plus

Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
• Aggressive commission structure + unlimited commissions + performance bonuses
• 401(k) with 5% employer match
• Paid medical and dental insurance after 90 days
• Paid training + clear growth opportunities
