Job Summary Join Our Client as a Project Manager in Spring Valley, NY an infrastructure leader solving tough challenges! We seek an experienced PM to lead a corporate office relocation from Pearl River. Requires strong track record in schedule, vendor, and stakeholder coordination. Job Details Location: Spring Valley, New York Job Type: Contract Salary: $60 - 80 per hour Work Hours: 8am to 5pm Education: Bachelors Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all office relocation and decommissioning activities from Pearl River to Spring Valley, developing the master schedule and tracking key deliverables. Establish and direct a cross-functional move team comprising Facilities, IT, Real Estate, Security, Media Services, and Business Operations to ensure seamless organizational alignment. Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and change management plan, guiding employees through records management, material purging, and offsite storage. Design phased move sequencing and logistics to minimize operational disruption, overseeing safe, efficient execution and vendor coordination at all project sites. Act as the central point of contact for vendors, stakeholders, and related building project managers, delivering regular progress reports to department leadership.
