Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in testing and validation of automotive lighting systems.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing test plans, including photometric and optical measurements.
- Strong understanding of environmental and mechanical durability testing.
Skills:
- Proficiency with optical measurement tools and photometric testing equipment.
- Solid knowledge of automotive lighting regulations and compliance standards (e.g., FMVSS, ECE).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective project management capabilities, especially under tight deadlines and constrained resources.
- Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
