Registered Nurse (RN) | Behavioral Health Location: Zanesville, OH Agency: Conflux Systems Inc Pay: $60 to $64 per hour Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13‑week assignment in an inpatient Behavioral Health facility located on the Genesis Healthcare System campus. The RN will provide care to primarily adult patients, with occasional adolescent populations, in a structured behavioral health setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, crisis management skills, and the ability to function in a charge nurse capacity when needed. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an inpatient behavioral health setting Monitor and assess patients with mental health conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Supervise and support staff when functioning in a charge nurse role Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients Requirements Minimum Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability and willingness to work in a charge nurse role Experience with Epic EMR and Pyxis systems Preferred Qualifications Prior Behavioral Health or Psychiatric nursing experience CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification Schedule Requirements 3 shifts per week (12‑hour night shifts) Every other weekend required Every other holiday required Additional 24 hours of on‑call time over a 6‑week period Additional Information This is a contract position for 13 weeks Candidates must complete all compliance requirements prior to start (for May 18 start date eligibility) #J-18808-Ljbffr TravelNurseSource
