The Global Capability Center Capability (GCC) Reinvention Director is an offering-first practitioner responsible for shaping the technology strategy and system architecture that enable successful GCC design and setup. In this role you will provide technology expertise across client opportunities, responding to market demand while driving consistent, scalable, and integrated technology solutions inclusive of cross-functional, end-to-end work reinvention with emphasis on process reengineering and data, AI & technology enablement for new or existing capability centers. Responsibilities include: Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability. Working closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives. Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals. Ability to travel up to 50% Basic Qualifications Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation within Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy inclusive of cross-functional, end-to-end work reinvention with emphasis on process reengineering and data, AI & technology enablement for new or existing capability centers Minimum of 5 years of expertise in designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery organizations, platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC/GBS environments. Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite and senior business leaders across global organizations.
