Records Management Analyst

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Senior Records Management Analyst will manage record classification, inventorying, and disposition processes while working remotely to enhance clients' data asset organization and compliance. Key responsibilities Perform Smart Sort activities to categorize, inventory, and classify customer records efficiently Determine record eligibility for destruction, retention, or inventory integration based on compliance policies Collaborate with the Records Manager to execute daily operational duties across the records lifecycle Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in records management, information governance, or data classification Strong knowledge of the end-to-end records management lifecycle, retention schedules, and disposition protocols Proven expertise utilizing Smart Sort methodologies or automated record sorting platforms Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills
