Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities
Legal Drafting: Prepare initial discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and proposed court orders.
Case Analysis: Review, index, and summarize voluminous case files, medical records, and factual investigation findings.
Court Filings: Execute electronic court filings (e-Filing) in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions.
Trial Preparation: Assemble comprehensive trial binders, exhibit lists, and evidentiary materials for court proceedings.
Database Management: Maintain structured litigation databases, client files, and secure case records.
Client Reporting: Generate concise litigation summary reports and regular status updates for clients and carriers.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years of dedicated experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant.
Practice Focus: Deep expertise in the full discovery lifecycle, document control, and defense litigation workflows.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency with state e-filing systems, federal CM/ECF portals, and litigation database tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
