Associate Attorney | Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Litigation | Houston Area, Texas | Hybrid A confidential Texas-based plaintiff-side litigation practice is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to help drive serious personal injury matters from intake through resolution. This is a hands-on litigation role for an attorney who enjoys owning a meaningful docket, building case strategy, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients in high-stakes injury cases. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Plaintiff-side personal injury practice focused on complex, high-severity injury matters Direct responsibility for a focused docket, approximately 30 to 40 active files Substantial autonomy in day-to-day case management and litigation strategy Meaningful client interaction and regular opportunities to build deposition, motion, and hearing experience The Role Manage plaintiff personal injury matters from pre-suit investigation through settlement or trial Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive and non-dispositive motions Take and defend depositions, including key fact and expert witnesses Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and other court appearances Develop liability and damages themes, coordinate with experts, and organize medical and damages support Maintain strong client communication and proactive case pacing, including calendaring and deadline ownership Location, Schedule and Compensation Location: Texas, Houston area Schedule: Hybrid, in office 4 days per week Juris Doctor from an accredited law school 3 to 5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, ideally closer to 5 years Demonstrated first-chair experience, including independently handling core litigation events such as hearings, key depositions, and trial preparation Ability to manage a plaintiff-side docket with strong ownership of deadlines, client communication, and litigation strategy Strong legal writing and advocacy skills, including persuasive motion practice Experience with catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters Comfort with regular court appearances as needed We’ll be happy to discuss this position in more detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr We Are Legal Revolution
