Employment & Labor Staff Associate - Los Angeles, Oakland, San Diego or San Francisco Dentons US LLP is seeking a staff associate with excellent academic credentials and at least two years of litigation experience to join our Employment & Labor practice group in one of our California offices. The person hired for this position will work collaboratively with partners and be a key member of the team. Expected responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Working on litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a focus on website accessibility Collaborating with team members to provide strategic guidance to clients on ADA accessibility compliance and risk mitigation Handling physical accessibility litigation as well as California privacy-related litigation matters Conducting legal research and writing Supporting the team by performing work on employment & labor and litigation matters as needed Our Employment & Labor lawyers are known for their creative, business-savvy counseling skills and their results-driven, highly successful practice. Pursuant to California law, the salary range for this position is $140,000 to $190,000, based on experience.
