Installation Coordinator

Our client, a growing company in the graphics and signage industry , is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Install Coordinator to support installation projects and scheduling.
This role is responsible for coordinating installation timelines, communicating with installers and internal teams, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installation projects
- Communicate job details with installers and internal teams
- Track project timelines and installation progress
- Prepare work orders and installation documentation
- Coordinate materials and logistics for installation crews
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination, scheduling, logistics, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
