Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Experience within banking, healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance, energy, or other heavily regulated industries Experience supporting database migrations or system implementations Experience training or coaching end users on new applications Nice to Have Skills & Experience Maintain and update a database containing approximately 7,000 compliance obligations Research and validate regulatory source citations and supporting documentation Locate source documents and verify that compliance obligations accurately align with regulatory requirements Review records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy Identify and correct missing owners, incomplete citations, duplicate records, and outdated information Standardize naming conventions and database records Support the rollout and adoption of a new Microsoft Access-based application Perform ongoing data cleanup and quality assurance efforts Collaborate with compliance team members to maintain database integrity Assist with end-user support and training as needed Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst for a top utility industry client. This candidate will support a compliance team responsible for maintaining and validating a large database of regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate will have a background in compliance, legal research, regulatory affairs, or another highly regulated environment and enjoy investigative research and data validation work. This individual will be responsible for locating and reviewing source citations, verifying compliance obligations against regulatory documents, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and supporting the implementation of a new Microsoft Access-based application. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly detail-oriented, enjoys working independently, and wants to make an immediate impact on a critical compliance initiative within a stable and collaborative team environment. Compensation: up to $34/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
