Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to uncover each client's trauma history and identify appropriate, individualized treatment plans.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate trauma recovery.

  • Lead regular individual and group therapy sessions, offering support and coping strategies for clients navigating their healing journeys.

  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinical professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring safe and effective handling of urgent situations.

Qualifications\n

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
