Shift Leader

Position Overview Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver great guest experiences. Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager, set team morale, and are responsible for opening and closing the store with little supervision. Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team. Set the morale and tone of the team. Provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. What’s in it for you Flexible schedule. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 18 years of age or older. Ability to work varied hours, including early shifts (as early as 3 AM) and weekends. Pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Possess or be able to acquire a ServSafe certification prior to completion of leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy.
