Core Guide: Peer Recovery Specialist for SMI Support

Firsthand Health in Detroit is looking for a dedicated Core Guide (Peer Recovery Specialist) to support individuals living with serious mental illnesses. The Core Guide will conduct community outreach and assist clients with appointment scheduling, relationship building, and navigating health challenges. Successful candidates should possess lived experience with mental health or substance use disorders, and be comfortable with interpersonal communication.
